Keys to the Community: Shared Stories and Candid Conversations
The Leadership Development committee (LDC) offered a workshop in August called Keys to the Community: The Basics, and another in October called Keys to the Community: Centering Our Gifts. Now for our last workshop of this program year: Keys to the Community Shared Stories and Candid Conversations.
Join us on February 28th from 9-1 for conversations and lunch. Hear stories from some of our current leaders and come ready to share your own.
This workshop is especially suited for:
*current leaders who are looking to stay in leadership, make a change, or step back
*members and friends who are leadership curious
*members who are considering applying for board leadership this year, or who are considering nominating someone else for a board position.
There will be lots of time for questions and answers and candid conversations about what it really means to be in a leadership position at the Fellowship.
